Accessibility Statement

Assessment tools should be usable by people with different abilities, devices, and working conditions. GradeOptimus aims to improve accessibility across public pages and app workflows as the product matures.

Accessibility is part of product quality.

WCAG guidance informs our public page and app improvements.

Accessibility feedback has a direct support path.

Our direction

GradeOptimus aims to align public pages and core app experiences with WCAG 2.2 AA principles over time, including keyboard access, readable contrast, clear structure, responsive layouts, and assistive technology support.

Known complexity

Assessment workflows can include PDFs, scanned handwriting, mathematical notation, diagrams, rich text, uploads, timers, tables, and student scripts. These areas require careful testing beyond automated checks.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@gradeoptimus.com with the page URL, browser or device, assistive technology if applicable, and what you were trying to do.

Institution accommodations

Institutions remain responsible for applying their academic accommodation policies, including alternative formats, extra time, assistive technology, and manual review where needed.
